Guiding leaders from burnout, reactivity, and strain into clearer, steadier, more trusted leadership under pressure

Coaching for individuals, teams, and organizations who want more clarity, trust, and competency in the moments that matter most.

As a result of my time with Thomas, I feel more integrated with my body and how I show up in this world. I was particularly impacted by a challenging moment last year and after spending an hour with Thomas, I was able to shift into a more powerful and centered way of being. Thank you, Thomas!”

Joy
Executive and Leadership Coach

“I was looking to discover what it means to be more grounded in my body. I found that I would get stuck in my own head. Thomas helped me to get in touch with my body by really slowing things down, getting me to connect with the feelings, and the sensations, without judging myself. I have a greater understanding and process to be able to notice my connection to my body through sensations which allows me to participate and allow for the emotional charge just simply to pass through my body. He was very patient, understanding, and helped to facilitate a sacred space where I could be fully present, seen, and heard. Truly an amazing and grounding experience!”

Choose The Path That Best Reflects Your Situation

Individual Executive Coaching:

For leaders that want to show up with more clarity, courage, and choice under pressure

Who This Is For

You may be in the right place if you’re noticing:

  • A leader who is capable on paper, but under strain in practice

  • A team that is avoiding hard conversations, repeating the same tensions, or unable to coalesce

  • A person who is technically strong, but whose reactivity is affecting trust

  • A transition, growth phase, or reorganization that is putting more pressure on leadership

  • A need for steadier presence, clearer communication, greater competency, and more sustainable capacity

Leader Intensives

A focused somatic group experience for leaders who want to explore what changes when leadership is lived in the body

Multi-hour, highly experiential workshops focused on addressing a specific issue (e.g. navigating change, conflict and communication, boundaries and capacity, among others) through somatic practices. By developing greater awareness of how they respond under pressure, participants will leave being able to identify their leadership growth edges.

“Thomas is an extremely thoughtful, insightful & supportive coach. I worked with him developing ideas & perspectives on how to evolve my career & can safely say that his knowledge & ability to apply it to my situation was invaluable. With great humor & compassion Thomas can really help accelerate one’s growth.

Look forward to continuing to work together.”

This work is for leaders who know they are capable, but sense that pressure is negatively affecting how they lead.

Coaching creates space to notice patterns, interrupt reactivity, and build a more grounded way of moving through ambiguity and high-stakes moments.

The goal is not just insight. It is behavior change that holds when the pressure is real.

Team & Organizational Cohort Coaching:

Coaching and development for teams that need more trust, clarity, and alignment

For teams and organizations, the work often begins with a pattern that is affecting culture, communication, or execution. Sometimes the issue is one leader. Sometimes it is a team dynamic. Often it is both.

I guide teams and leaders to build the competence to have cleaner conversations, stay steadier in disagreement, and reduce the strain that happens when people are avoiding what needs to be addressed.

How This Works

My work is grounded in the belief that leaders do not just think their way into change — they practice it, and they learn through the body.

I draw from somatic coaching in the Strozzi tradition, which means we pay attention to the whole person: body, mind, emotions, and values. This creates a practical path for shifting what happens in the room, not just what someone understands about themselves.

This approach is especially useful when:

  • someone knows what to do, but cannot quite do it under pressure

  • a team keeps repeating the same patterns

  • or a leader needs a more durable way to stay grounded and effective

  • A 30-45 minute clarity connection conversation where we explore what matters most, and whether we’re a mutual fit. No sales pressure.

  • Depending on your goals, sessions are weekly or bi-weekly. We co-create a schedule based on what works for your team/calendar and what you want to achieve.

  • Success = you/your team can continue growing and self-correcting after our formal work ends.

  • Both the coach and the client reserve the right to end the coaching engagement if it is not effective or productive. We’d first have an open conversation about what’s happening, then formalize the decision in writing. Any fees for unused sessions will be fully refunded.

Why This Approach Is Different

This work is:

  • practical, not abstract.

  • grounded, not performative.

  • human, not formulaic.

  • focused on real-world behavior, not just insight.

I am not offering a one-size-fits-all model. I offer a structured, responsive process that meets the actual pressure leaders are carrying and helps create a steadier way forward.

What You Can Expect

When you begin, we’ll start by clarifying what’s happening, where the strain shows up, and what’s at stake if nothing changes.

From there, we’ll look at:

  • the pattern,

  • the impact,

  • the body-level signals,

  • and the next practical step.

The work is collaborative, direct, and designed to help you make meaningful change without forcing it.
