Group Intensives

A focused group experience for leaders who want to feel what changes when leadership moves below the level of thinking.

2.5–4 hours. Up to 25 people. Each intensive centers on a leadership theme and uses experiential exercises, reflection, and guided inquiry.

What it is

Group Intensives are designed to give people a direct experience of this work. Rather than explaining this work in the abstract, we use the body as the entry point for noticing patterns, expanding awareness, and trying on new responses.

These sessions are practical, embodied, and invitational. They are not about forcing change. They are about helping people feel what becomes possible when they are more connected to themselves.

Who this is for

This is a good fit for:

  • teams or leadership cohorts wanting a shared experience

  • organizations exploring embodied leadership

  • referral partners who want to introduce a leader to what this work actually feels like

  • individuals who want a lower-commitment way to experience the approach before deciding on deeper work

It is especially useful when someone is curious about this kind of work but not yet ready for ongoing coaching.

Sample themes

Possible intensive themes include:

• grounded leadership under pressure

• self-trust and decision-making

• conflict and communication

• boundaries and capacity

• leadership presence

• navigating change

Some participants leave a group intensive ready for deeper work — individual coaching or a team cohesion engagement.

Some leave knowing this isn't the right path for them right now.

Both outcomes are useful. That self-selection is a feature, not a flaw.

If you're curious about whether this might be the right entry point — I'd welcome a conversation.
