Individual Coaching
Something is happening that you can't quite think your way out of.
You're capable. You've built things, navigated real complexity. And something keeps showing up in the moments that matter — a freeze before the difficult conversation, a sharpness that wasn't what you intended, a pattern you can see clearly afterward and can't seem to stop in the moment.
The leaders who find their way to this work have usually already tried the obvious things. More reflection. A previous coach. Better strategy. What's harder to see, from inside it, is the pattern beneath the story they're telling about what happened.
That pattern doesn't live at the level of thinking. Which is why more thinking hasn't moved it.
Clients say after our first session: "I've never been asked those questions before. I've never thought about it this way."
That's usually where the real work begins.
The program
We meet biweekly for 1:1 sessions over six months: 12 core sessions, supported by between-session practices, reflection, and clear accountability. Three follow-up sessions at one, three, and six months after the core engagement, support continued integration.
The program is custom-designed for your situation. No two engagements are identical.
What shifts
What shifts in this work is harder to name than a list of outcomes - and more durable.
Leaders describe it differently. A steadiness in difficult conversations that wasn't there before. Decisions that come more cleanly. The ability to notice what's happening in the room, and in themselves, early enough to choose differently.
The team often feels it before the leader can fully articulate what changed.
His work creates behavior change that holds in real leadership moments.
If something here is landing — I'd welcome a conversation. No agenda. Just a chance to think together about what might actually be going on.

“I worked with Thomas in a personal coaching capacity for 6 months. The headline of that experience is that I’ve worked with a few coaches over the years and this was by far my most enriching experience. But the real story of our interactions requires reading past the headline. I didn’t feel like I was being “coached” at all, rather just had the opportunity to touch base with an old friend for interesting conversation and self-exploration as we move through our respective lives. Thomas helped me to see the critical nature of self-care and rejuvenation, the importance of ritual, and the pivotal role that thankfulness plays in a balanced life. He recognized me as a holistic, complicated, and sometimes irrational person rather than just a professional with a job title. All along, he was learning how I learn and tailoring his approach to my style and what I was experiencing at the time at home or at the office. Would highly recommend Thomas to anyone interested in exploring the opportunity to become their best self!”
