High-touch, customized 1-to-1 Leadership Development Coaching For Executives

The underlying belief in my work is that everyone deserves to fully share their unique gifts.

Clients often come to me when they’re struggling to manage change, to delegate more effectively, or to build strong teams and culture.

I also work well with clients who are seeking to consciously shape the second half of their life. Those who want to do more for those around them. Their team, their family, their community. Those who seek to contribute to the world in the way only they can.

We create a custom coaching program

In 12 bi-weekly 1-hour sessions over six months, we work together, co-creating a path forward for you. The program includes developing a statement of commitment for your future self. This statement focuses our work together. It includes defining markers of success, a timeline for actions and clearly identified accountability partners. Practices and personalized self-reflection questions to support you in between sessions are also part of the program.

To support your continued growth and your shift to self-accountability, there are 3 follow-up sessions at 1, 3 and 6 months after the last biweekly session.

At the end of our time working together, you’ll have a clear outline of how to continue your journey toward becoming a truly effective leader. I define success by my clients’ ability to continue growing and self-correcting after our time together. Some client outcomes have included:
