Would you like to respond to everyday stressful situations with more poise and intention? Would you like to experience better awareness of your energy patterns? Would you like new ways to be able to re-center during the day? Reconnecting to our body and heart can inform and support us as we walk through our busy days. This highly interactive workshop will build awareness around how we each respond physically and emotionally to everyday stressful situations. For example, how our energy flows (or doesn’t), how consciously and intentionally we engage in the moment, an several ways to re-center daily while building awareness and conscious engagement.

You will have greater awareness of your emotional and physical body, better understand your response to everyday pressures, and the key leadership skills and attributes they each embody.

Great for individuals looking to identify their response patterns and tendencies, recognize triggers for their response patterns, connect these to their perception of the world and how others perceive them, and create an action plan for using this self-awareness to strengthen specific leadership skills and attributes.
